Before you load any case: confirm the actual bullion dimensions, keep the case or tray flat, seat each piece completely, and never force a lid, slide, magnet or shell closed.

SYSTEM 01

Display Cases

Clear shell + fitted insert. The insert changes by bullion format; the basic loading process stays the same.

STEP 1

Open at the edge groove.

Use steady finger pressure. Do not pry with a tool.

This is the base.

STEP 3

Lay the fitted insert flat inside.

Make sure the insert is fully seated before adding bullion.

STEP 4

Load the matching bullion.

Every piece should sit flat and naturally inside its recess.

SPECIAL METHOD

Valcambi 50-Bar Display: Keep the 10-Piece Rows Intact

This is the one major exception. The five long channels are designed for five connected 10-piece CombiBar-style rows — not 50 loose bars.

Keep a 10-piece Valcambi-style CombiBar row connected for the 50-bar display case — 1. Separate the full 10-piece row from the larger sheet, but keep those 10 connected.

5 rows × 10 connected 1g bars = 50 bars. If your bars are already separated, use an individual-slot Valcambi display or wallet instead.

SYSTEM 02

Wallets

Identify the closure first. Then load the wallet according to that mechanism.

TYPE A

Sliding Wallet

Keep the wallet flat or supported.
Slide the cover along its track.
Load the correct bullion below the lid path.
Slide closed slowly; never force it.

TYPE B

Sliding + Magnetic Close

Same sliding action, but the final closed position is held by a magnetic catch.

Slide — do not lift the cover.
Guide it to the end of the track.
Let the magnet engage naturally.

TYPE C

Clamshell + Magnets

OPEN → LOAD → CLOSE

TWO-HALF MAGNETIC SHELL

Open from the designated edge.
Use the fitted half as the base.
Seat the bullion fully.
Bring both halves together evenly and let the magnets align.

Deep-slot wallets: some wallets are intentionally designed to stack multiple pieces in one opening. Slot count and total bullion capacity may be different. Only stack when the specific product says to.
